Left disappointed and empty handed. Sadly, this is why Amazon is performing so well and retail locations like this one will go out of business.
A very clean store. Well organized. Another one of these stores that has much MUCH more product out on display to get your hands on the products before you buy. Did not visit bathrooms, but judging by the rest of the store, they should be clean.
Was it worth it in the end, to lose a sale and a loyal customer?

Best Buy Mobile is the best place to get mobile cell phone's. They made up for everything. Ordered the Note 8. Unfortunately there were some delays on Best Buy getting my phone. I missed the deadline for a couple of the promotions however, the mobile department took the hit and gave me the promotions in store merchandise.
I was hoping to buy a quick gift for a family member so I stopped by Best Buy DeWitt. Found a better price on Amazon and asked them to price match. They initially did and then told me they had to reverse the override because it didn’t match their price match policy qualifications exactly. It was only $20 dollars off a $200 product, but they wouldn’t do it.
The personnel was helpful from the first person at the entrance. The sales rep. in Computers was courteous and knowledgeable and the check-out experience was also pleasant. All in all a clean pleasant shopping experience, which is why I am a return customer.
