Good food, great service for a chain restaurant. Sometimes you have to wait a little while but the food is worth it knowing it was cooked right then and there compared to other places where the food isn't fresh

Five Guys in Syracuse was a good stop for my wife and I after my doctor's appointment. The food was good and the service was great, but sadly it seems as though the floors are not cleaned and mopped with a degreaser. You can visually see the staff behind the counter, slipping and sliding, and the greasiness of the ground even extends out to the dining room area.
