Absolutely unprofessional. The groomer was not on time for my appointment and did not apologize for being late. He was rude and told me it was my fault for being early (?!?). I would NEVER take my cat to a man like that...I could not trust someone with that type of attitude and anger to take care of my cat.
I always am content from the service. My dog comes home beautiful and happy. They have great prices for grooming, I'd rather support local buisness.
The store stinks like dog feces and urine and is worst during warmer months. The owners seem to run several businesses from one location so the store is very cramped. Gold buying, antiques, dog grooming, pet supplies, Magic the Gathering sales and events..... Very misguided and weird people. On a personal note the owners go to restaurants and play Magic all night for hours and always stiff the servers on a tip.
The best place for pets. They have all professionally home raised animals many raised by the workers themselves. I Got a Yorkie from the the people here before they even opened a store, and just recently got a second one from their store. The dogs are the loves of my life and just plain sweethearts. They also do and excellent grooming job and I would never even try going to another place for grooming again (I've wittnessed some bad experiences other places). Almost everything I've gotten for my dogs since they've opened the store has been from here, they carry the best supplies for small dogs.
