Food was average, but service was really poor, and they weren't that busy
Good food, service, atmosphere and price
Ordered carside to go, and was forgotten about. Waited a little over half and hour after my food was supposed to be ready. The parking area designated for carside customers seems to be the place that the staff meets up with their hoodlum friends every six minutes or so for a smoke break. So that's a dual edged sword for them. First, I know that there employees were aware of how long I'd been waiting, and second that they made me very uncomfortable - like a gang who's territory I was encroaching on. Never eat here. They don't deserve your money. There are far better options on the boulevard.
Even though the place was packed after multiple graduations tonight, our server, Stacey was great. Our burger wasn't exactly well done as we ordered it but we understood. Everyone there worked as a team.
I find all Applebee's to have decent food and quick service. This Applebee's fits that description.
